30 May, 2021  // In April 2021, according to CIAN, the average price of 1 sq. m in new buildings in Sochi has reached 200,000 rubles (about 2,700 USD), while the demand has increased by 70% over the past two years. The unstable economic situation, fluctuations in exchange rates, and a decrease in bank deposits rates are among the main reasons.

11 May, 2021  // According to the Ministry of Natural Resources, oil reserves in Russia, at the current level of production, will be enough for the next 59 years, natural gas - 103 years. In 2020, oil and gas condensate production decreased by 8.6% (512.68 million tons). In 2019, Russia broke the post-Soviet record and produced 568 million tons.
