The Chara Sands is a sandy massif located in the north of Zabaykalsky Krai, a geological natural monument of federal significance. It is surrounded by larch taiga and swamps and stretches from southwest to northeast for 9 km.

In 2018, the words Russia and football became inseparable. The whole world looked on as Russia hosted the biggest sporting tournament of the year, and it was a spectacle that did not disappoint. BioFoodLab is Flourishing in Russia

Russians who want to try and build up their immune systems are now turning to healthy food, which means that the sales have soared. Russians have been trying to eat much healthier to try and build their immune system as it is a way for them to protect themselves during the current pandemic.

Elena Shifrina, who is a former model and now CEO of a health food organization, has done her part to try and explain the surge in sales. She is the owner of BioFoodLab, and she has said that three years ago, the company was just getting started. Within just two years, the Forbes Magazine, Russian Edition named the company as being one of the most profitable start-ups of that year. The company has a leading brand called Bite, and they have certainly come a very long way since their early days.

The ancient citadel of Naryn-Kala in Derbent

Derbent is a city located on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the Republic of Dagestan in southern Russia. It is located in the most strategically vulnerable place of the Caspian Gates, where the Greater Caucasus Mountains come closest to the sea, leaving only a narrow 3-km strip of plain.

The Derbent fortress was part of a large defensive system constructed to protect the peoples of Transcaucasia and Western Asia from the invasions of nomads from the north. The Republic of Ingushetia is located on the northern slopes of the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Range (in its central part) and on the adjoining small ranges of Tersky, Sunzhensky and Skalisty.

The Svyato-Vvedensky Island Convent is located on an island in the middle of Lake Vvedenskoye, about 4 km from the town of Pokrov in Vladimir Oblast.

It was founded by the monks Sergius and Timothy at the very end of the 17th century. They retired to an island in the middle of the lake and built a wooden chapel and a wooden cell there.
