Kolomna is a city in the Moscow region of Russia, administrative center of the Kolomna district, a river port.
The city was mentioned in the Laurentian Chronicle in 1177 as an existing, but according to recent excavations the foundation of the city belongs to the years 1140-1160.

Rybinsk – the city of Russia’s Golden Ring

Rybinsk city is located in Yaroslavl oblast of Russia and has the population of about 207,000. Rybinsk received its coat of arms, present name and status of the city in 1777. The name can be translated as “The fish city”. Rybinsk is known for the preserved architectural monuments of the late 18th – early 20th century.
