The photo tour of Tver city streets

    Love the photographs, very professionally taken. You brought back lot of my memories back. Am an Indian residing in delhi. Tver gave and took away a lot from me, during the most unimaginable days in 1990. I lived there for 9 years and have a LOVE & HATE relationship with it. It will always remain just as true and genuine as my own motherland for me. It is more so important for me as my son – a tverichanin – was born there in 1995. Regards.

    Wonderschone architectonische bouw werken. Menige zou een restauratie beurt moeten krijgen. Waardoor de vaklieden die dit allemaal nog handmatig kunnen restaureren met zoveel liefde en geduld. Maar het is in elk land het zelfde, zo ook in Nederland. Het kost handen vol geld, dat er niet is. Maar deze gebouwen zijn een onderdeel van uw geschiedenis door de eeuwen heen. Ook bij ons zet men er lelijke gebouwen tussen. Tussen al deze parels van de stad. Maar als Nederlander, voel ik me er wel thuis, wat de beelden me laten zien. Als of ik thuis ben.

    Thanks for the wonderful piece of rendezvous…I still remember the wonderful Restaurant called “De Ja Vu” by the Volga…and How can I forget Arabski, where I even worked! Tver’s streets, the parks, the beach of the river, the City Garden area or the GorSad and ofcourse Tver State Technical University and Tver Medical Academy, the Renak, the Hostels, the picnic spots out of the city…Gossh…Now all the more i can understand how much I miss you Tver
