Pskov is a city located in north-west Russia, the capital of the Pskov region. It is one of the oldest cities in Russia, which was first mentioned in the Laurentian Chronicle in 903.

In 1348-1510, this town was the capital of the independent Pskov Republic. In 1510, it was annexed to the Grand Duchy of Moscow. Tobolsk is a city located in the north of the Tyumen region, at the confluence of the Tobol and the Irtysh rivers, one of the most important centers of cultural tourism in Siberia.
