According to the ranking of British company Brande Finance Sberbank (Russia’s largest bank) is the most expensive Russian brand in 2011 with the value of about 12 billion dollars taking 65th rank in the top 500 brands of the world (58^th rank in 2010).

Also the following companies from Russia are included in the rating:

208^th place – Gazprom (natural gas) – 4,6 billion

243th place Beeline (mobile operator) – 4.2 billion

304th place MTS (mobile operator) – 3.5 billion

348th place Lukoil (oil) – 3 billion

370^th place ROSNEFT (oil) – 2.9 billion

422th place Magnit (retailer) – 2.6 billion (appeared in the ranking for the first time)
