Russian Black Sea Navy base located in Sevastopol city of Ukraine was one of the main issues of Ukrainian-Russian relationship last years. Today there is an agreement that the base will stay in Sevastopol till at least the years of 2042—2047.

what will happened to Kara class cruiser that appears in picture?

The Kara-class missile cruiser of “Kerch” is laid up for scrapping in 2020.
