The views from Moscow’s tallest building

“Capital City” is a complex of two tall towers named after Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and 18-story building connecting them. The construction was started in 2003, but soon was halted after the redesign.
In 2005 the construction was resumed. The complex was completed in late 2009. The tower “Moscow” (301.6 m) is the highest building in the Commonwealth of Independent States and Europe. Photos by Viktor Ulyanov.

Wonderful highlights of the Alfa Show 4D, the largest video mapping projection attempted in history presented on Moscow City Day on September 4, 2011 at Vorob’yovy Gory (Sparrow Hills) on the main building of Moscow State University. More than 800,000 people attended the event.

Moscow Palace of Soviets – Soviet architectural giant

Moscow Palace of Soviets is one of the most famous unfinished architectural projects in history. The huge (the biggest and tallest in the world) building would have become the symbol of the victory of socialism, the symbol of a new country and new Moscow. This project is still amazing in our day.

Signs of the Zodiac park of Moscow city

The following public garden called “Signs of the Zodiac” is located near Sviblovo metro station of Moscow city. The park is known for unique and original sculptures of every Zodiac sign made by Andrey Aseryants.

The park from the following photos is located in Moscow city and has the name “The Planet Shelezyaka” (meaning the planet of scrap pieces of iron). The park is known for a number of sculptures made of various used pieces of iron.
